Our client (Financial Services) is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager. They are based next Moorgate.

Your missions
- Assisting the Commercial Finance Director in their role and providing performance analysis on key business areas in the UK & the US
- Partnering with the Managing Partner to ensure that forecasts are robust and meet the group's financial targets
- Partnering with Central Corporate Functions to identify areas of opportunity to increase performance
- Managing development of commercial finance analysis (financial modelling, opportunity assessment, return on investment analysis, cash flow analysis and other financial tools) to develop recommendation to business leads and strategy assessments to support decision making
- Providing analysis and insight to inform and influence decision making globally
- Reviewing, providing input, approving and presenting completed analysis that require expert knowledge of financial models and application of strategic and operational measures to assess economic and commercial viability of proposed business decisions
- Undertaking pre and post matter analysis for global fee estimates
- Modelling and scenario analysis covering matters, teams and strategic investments
- Presenting to associates on "understanding financial management"
- Preparing the financial business cases for internal partner promotions and external partner hires
- Assisting and advising team heads for any adhoc project
Your profile
- ACA or CIMA qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience with responsibility for all aspects of profit and loss in a commercial finance role
- A background within Financial or Professional Services would be preferable
- Strong MS Office skills
- International experience with a large multi group is expected
- Demonstrable experience: working directly with a Senior Executive team identifying profit drivers and improvement opportunities through the analysis of the P&L
