Our client, a manufacturing SME is looking for a Payroll & Finance Assistant. It's a 20/30 minutes-ride from Truro.

Your missions
• Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information : weekly and monthly
• Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this
• Processing supplier invoices, ensuring correct approval procedure
• Managing Accounts mailboxes
• Managing allocated AP accounts, adhering to all related policies and compliance measures
• Processing non-purchase order and purchase order invoices for payments (including foreign currencies)
• Performing account reconciliations
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Producing monthly financial and management reports
• Producing weekly reporting and support the Head of Finance with monthly reporting
Your profile
• AAT qualified
• BSc in Accountancy & Finance
• 3 years + of relevant accounts and/or payroll experience
• Knowledge of EXCEL + exposure to POWER BI or dashboards
