Finance Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Finance to lead our financial transformation initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design and implement innovative finance strategies while providing strategic leadership to our finance team. Your missions
.Location: Hybrid (Slough office)
Salary: £70,000 - £79,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: Full-time (35 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement the finance transformation strategy.
• Lead delivery of change initiatives, ensuring successful embedding.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify business needs and inefficiencies.
• Provide leadership and management to the finance team, promoting development opportunities.
• Ensure finance systems adhere to integrity, transparency, and data protection standards.
Your profile
Required Profile
Essential Skills and Experience:
• CCAB accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) or equivalent.
• Significant experience in finance transformation and ERP implementation.
• Strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset and ability to gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Experience in project accountancy within multi-project organizations.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively and work collaboratively.
