This role is ideal for a dynamic and resilient finance professional eager to lead a team and drive positive change. As a vital part of the College’s Management Team, you will play a key role in shaping financial operations and influencing strategic decisions.
Your missions
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the finance team (five staff members).
- Oversee payroll processes.
- Provide financial support to budget managers.
- Offer financial insights to senior managers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth operation of the finance function.
- Deliver excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the College’s financial operations.
Your profile
The ideal candidate will report directly to the Vice Principal (Finance & Resources) and bring significant experience in finance leadership, preferably within the education sector. You should be an ambitious and self-motivated leader, capable of driving the development of the College’s finance function.
